Refund policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
As our products are perishable goods, we only accept returns or provide refunds in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.

To process a return, we require a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within the applicable processing period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace products that are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect.
If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at team@kyakhau.co and send the product to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
